We are proud to offer you guaranteed pricing. Once we have quoted you a fixed price, you are GUARANTEED that there will be NO addtional hidden charges. What this means to you is that once we have evaluated your hard drive, we contact you with a fixed price quote for recovery of your data. The fixed price that you will be quoted is determined by a number of factors including specifications of the hard drive, operating system and/or file system, size of the drive, single or multiple drive configuration, and the complexity of the recovery.

We offer 3 different evaluation service types to meet your needs:

Standard Service Evaluation (FREE)
Standard working hours. Please allow 2-3 business days for the evaluation to complete.

Preferred Service Evaluation (FREE)
Move the job ahead of standard service jobs. Response within 1-2 business days. This service is available through an approved referral or by making a reservation by phone.

Priority Service Evaluation ($250 upfront fee)
This evaluation service type takes precedence over both the preferred and standard service evaluations. It ensures same day evaluation during standard working hours.

Note: An evaluation service fee may apply to drives that have previously been opened.

An upfront evaluation fee will apply to multiple drives configured in a RAID array.
