Simply follow our 3 step process below to submit your case for data recovery.
STEP 1: Immediately turn off your computer or hard drive and disconnect it. If possible, make a note of what happened when the failure occurred.
STEP 2: Place your drive in an anti-static bag, or wrap it in aluminum foil. If shipping, securely pack it in bubble wrap and place it in a box at least twice its size.
STEP 3: Select the appropriate data recovery form below. If you will be shipping your drive to us, please choose the "Nationwide Data Recovery form". If you are dropping off locally, please choose the "local drop-off data recovery form. Complete the form, print it out, and sign it. Be sure to, include the form in the box with your drive or bring the form with you.
